Botany Bay Investments
An institutionalized approach to sub institutional industrial real estate throughout the Southeast and across the country.
Origins of Botany Bay Investments
Founded in 2024, Botany Bay Investments is named after Botany Bay, Australia. In April of 1770, James Cook, captaining HMS Endeavour, first made land on the eastern shore of an unknown land mass in the Southern Hemisphere. Cook and his crew are credited with the discovery of Australia after making the first recorded European contact with the continent. Cook named the area where the Endeavour anchored Botany Bay. Today, the bay is also the location of Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport. Sydney Airport is Australia's busiest airport making Botany Bay the primary point of access between Australia and the rest of the world. From the eighteenth century to present times, Botany Bay has been emblematic of exploration and connection between Australia and the rest of the world.
In the same spirit of discovery, connection, and growth, Botany Bay Investments was founded to open the world of sub institutional industrial real estate to the full breadth of institutional real estate investors by providing necessary scale and efficiencies that don't exist today. Through individual and programmatic investments, Botany Bay builds robust, institutionally attractive portfolios. Our aim is to be a trusted partner for investors looking to realize above market returns while mitigating risk through these diverse portfolios of critical assets all while leveraging our operational expertise to add value along the way.
